Extended License

Applicable for graphic digital design content templates and layouts.

Exclusive License

Applicable to custom made designs. Eg: Custom made logo design, logos from exclusive collection, custom made corporate identity, other custom made graphic design other that design templates.

Royalty Free License

Applicable for graphic digital design content templates and layouts.

General Terms

To use this digital content ( referred to as: digital content, digital files, designs, items, graphics, fonts, software, plugins, resources ) you should read and fully agree with this licence agreement and terms and conditions. By purchasing the right to use the digital content and if you do proceed to use this digital content ( referred to as: digital content, digital files, designs, items, graphics, fonts, software, plugins, resources ) you are deemed to have read and fully accepted the licence agreement and terms and conditions and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal from the contract once the download or streaming of the digital content has begun. If there is an inconsistency between the terms of the License Terms, the License Terms will apply to the extent necessary to resolve the inconsistency.

Buying

The Client understands and agrees that 2Checkout/Avangate is online payment systems partners of Creator.Design. Payments will be done through 2Checkout/Avangate. The Client understands and agrees that Creator.Design will not be held responsible for any error made by 2Checkout/Avangate.

Refunds

Since the design products, graphic design items and/or other graphic design services are digital files, there are no means to physically "return" the product for a refund or exchange. Therefore we do not grant refunds. The Client understands and agrees that the purchased digital content, design products, graphic design items and/or other graphic design services can not be returned or changed. However, we will replace a damaged file with the same file, if such a request is made.
We strive for complete customer satisfaction, so please contact us if any issues arise from your purchase.

Disclaimer of warranties

All content is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products. The Client understands and agrees that the use of the content is at his own risk. Creator.Design doesn't guarantee that the content (including products and services) will be satisfactory to The Client's needs, meet The Client's expectations, or be uninterrupted, secure or free from errors. The Client understands and agrees that Creator.Design will not be held responsible if any legal procedures, direct or indirect, should take place attributable to use of any design work provided by Creator.Design.

Customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions

You, the client, the site user, the website visitor acknowledges that you, the client, the website user, the website visitor have read and accepts these terms and conditions. Use of the site, site Content, site services, digital content, design products, graphic design items and/or other graphic design services by you, the client, the website user, the website visitor is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you breach any of these terms and conditions, agreements and license terms, the agreement and the license can be terminated and in addition, other rights at law and/or equity. If that happens, you must stop using in any way the site, the digital content, design products, graphic design items and/or other graphic design services. Creator.Design shall be under no obligation to refund any fees paid by you. If you use our services for a client, your client must comply with these terms and conditions, agreements and license terms. In case you do not agree to these terms and conditions, agreements and license terms we urge you not to use this web site and leave it immediately.
