Personal Use:
Personal Use is defined as using purchased digital content in a manner that has no potential monetary gain. Personal Use projects cannot be related to any business, non-profit, or other organization of any kind. All purchased digital content may be used in an unlimited number of Personal Use Projects. Examples of Personal Use include using a graphic to create t-shirts for a family reunion, using a template to create a birthday card that you send in celebration of a friend's special day, using a photo in a piece of wall art that you create for family member as a gift (no money changes hands), etc.
Commercial Work:
We define Commercial Work or Commercial Project to be any work done that is not for Personal Use. Synonymous terms include Contracted Work and Client Work.
End Product for Sale:
An End Product For Sale can be either a digital design or physical item that you and/or your client intend to sell to more than a single person for any type of fee or charge, but ensuring that no third parties are able to extract the original resource.
Quick Info - Standard License
You may use a purchased digital content in a new End Product as long as the End Product meets the following requirements. End Products must be significantly different than the original digital content and require time, effort, and skill to produce. You must combine the digital content with other creative elements to form a new original design.
The purchased digital content may not be used as is and the end products must not be used or sold in a way that is directly competitive with the original digital content you purchased. End Products must not redistribute the original digital content to any third parties in a manner that allows for the extraction of the original digital content. An End Product For Sale can be either a digital design or physical item that you and/or your client intend to sell to more than a single person for any type of fee or charge, but ensuring that no third parties are able to extract the original resource.
A purchased digital content may be used in one Project. Standard Licence includes using the digital content for One Commercial Project, which you design for yourself or your client. A Project* is defined as a complete and cohesive undertaking that may result in one or more End Products. Any End Products included in the one Project must be directly related under a single concept. ( example of One Project with many End Products would be a business brand image suite that includes stationery, letterhead, business card, website, envelope, etc. ).
Personal use: You may use the digital content in as many personal projects as you like. - You may modify or manipulate the Item, or incorporate it into other content and make a derivative work from it. - You may use the purchased digital content for One Commercial Project*. - The digital content purchased under the Standard License may be used to create End Products for Sale where lifetime sales of the End Product for Sale do not exceed 500 units. ( example: books, magazines, newspapers, editorials, newsletters, advertising and promotional projects, including printed materials, product packaging, presentations, catalogs, brochures, promotional greeting cards, promotional postcards ). - You may use purchased digital content in multimedia projects, TV, films, streaming video, on demand broadcasts, film, video presentations, commercials, theatrical presentations and/or online videos for up to 10,000 views per month and internet banners and website graphics up to a maximum of 1000 x 1000 pixels; Standard License

The Extended Licence allows you to use the digital content in any manner permitted under the Standard Licence, and pursuant to the obligations and restrictions therein. The digital content purchased under the Extended License may be used to create End Products for Sale that may be sold an unlimited number of times. Extended License
